We feel a call of pure vocation, to develop and share tools that have changed our lives, with young people and adults who need to reintegrate into society in a healthy and harmonious way. Connecting with art, yoga and meditation.

Yoga Iyengar

Yoga

We connect to yoga through physical postures and breathing exercises.

Regular practice is a great way to relieve accumulated stress, both physically and mentally.

The practice improves sleep, concentration, teaches us to breathe well. It improves blood circulation, in addition to other benefits.

In the evaluations they make of the activity, the people deprived of liberty who have practiced yoga indicate that they have had effects such as “breathing more relaxed, de-stressing and thinking positively”.

Juggle

Exploring the body and movement, concentration and dissociation, with theater and clown exercises we find the element, discovering its form and everything it allows us to do.

​

We work with frustration, discipline and the achievements that are generated with practice. This improves self-esteem and self-worth.

Meditación Respiratoria

Meditation
with live music

Thanks to meditation and breathing exercises in prisons, several studies have evaluated improvements in stress and mood. Significant improvements in measures of attention, impulse control, obsessive-compulsive, paranoid ideation, and somatization.

Results have indicated an improvement in underlying psychophysiological factors and criminogenic psychopathology in offenders, and also associated benefits both during incarceration and, importantly, after release relative to reincarceration.

​

Cooperative Games

Cooperative games have great benefits.

They improve group coexistence, since all players feel responsible for themselves and others. - They increase motivation and interest and promote confidence in one's own abilities and that of each player. - Increase self-esteem and self-control. - Boost creativity and imagination
